With a sleek new look, customers can now visualise how Carron products will look, through a host of new features, incorporating a strong emphasis on functionality and visualisation.
Pinterest-esque in feel, the improved design offers a shop-window into Carron Bathrooms with high impact imagery aiding navigation and allowing guests to intuitively discover the full portfolio of products while offering lifestyle inspiration.
The new ‘Bath Finder’ tool, finds baths tailored to the needs of the visitor, through asking 5 simple questions, offering a very personal online customer experience. The improved categorisation of the website, allows visitors to easily find new content in any relevant sector they visit, giving a much more user-friendly experience, complimented again by the accompanying product images.
The website was designed by Glasgow-based Sevenfive Creative, creative director Craig Bickett said:
“Carron wanted to create a website which would inspire its customers and wholesalers. To do this, we wanted visitors to be able to visualise the products, which would, in turn, allow them to feel the lifestyle that is on offer with Carron products. On top of this, the aim was to make the customer experience as efficient as possible, which is why we improved the functionality of the site.”
Speaking of the new website, James McMorrine, commercial director of Carron Bathrooms said
“The new look website will now look great no matter what device you are using. Our re-design is not just cosmetic. We’ve updated our content, offering customers a lot more information on our products, while at the same time, offering a vastly improved customer experience.”
This is the first phase of a revamp for the brand, which will evolve over the coming months.
